Most people think foot pain starts in the foot. It doesn't. It starts with where your foot thinks it's supposed to load.

There's a specific zone on the bottom of your foot — posterior to your fourth and fifth toes — that acts as the anchor point for your entire lower body tension system. When that zone isn't engaged, everything above it compensates. Your hip. Your knee. Your lower back. None of them can do their job correctly because the foundation never fired. Most movement systems never address this. We built our entire framework around it.

We call this area the Focal Point.

Meet The Developer

  • Founder

    Dr Tony has 25 plus years in clinical practice working hands-on with clients from all walks of life (professional athletes to regular Joe’s and Jane’s). Developing this system comes from personal experience, clinical practice, countless hours of anatomical study, and contemplation/observation/study of Nature. Dr. Peters also enjoys training for and competing in stand up paddleboard racing events (sprints and endurance).
